Ever since seeing David Bowie in 1978 at Madison Square Garden, I knew music was going to be a big part of my life. Of course my mother was a little concerned that her 9 year old son was fascinated by a man who often dressed in women's clothes and wore make up, but nonetheless she allowed me to go with a chaperone. My love for Rock & Roll has never waned since. New York City has been home to many of Rock & Roll's greatest musicians and moments. This tour explores places associated with Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Woodie Guthrie, Bruce Springsteen, The Ramones, Blondie, The Sexpistols, Iggy Pop, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin and more. |
