Book Your Real New York Tour

We are a small company that works one on one with our customers to make sure we come up with the best possible experience for them.

To book a tour please send an email to reserve@realnewyorktours.com with the ALL of the following information:

Your Full Name
Your Phone Number (with area code) PLEASE!! - Leave us a cell number if you have one, so we can contact you while in NYC in case of any problems.
Your Email Address
Number of People in your Group
Which tour are you interested in?
What date would you prefer your tour (If possible, put this in the subject of your email). As well, if you can, list other options if your 1st choice is already booked.
What time you would like your tour to start. **
The name of the hotel you're staying at, along with it's address if you have it. If you have not booked your hotel yet, please let us know as soon as possible.
For private tours only, to help us give you the best tour suited for your group, on a scale from 1-5 ( 5 being the highest) how do you rate your groups interest in history?
On a scale of 1-5 how do you rate your groups interest in pop culture/ movies/ music/ theater etc.?
Please tell us anything else about your group that will help us to enhance your tour experience, such as if you have children, mobility issues, and what you would like to get out of your tour experience.
Please specify if you need a special language guide other than English.

**We suggest a 10:00 am start for The Big Apple Tour because we do cover a lot of ground and it is best to start early. Depending on our tour guides schedule we might require a specific start time, but we will do the best we can to accommodate the time you prefer.

PAYING FOR YOUR TOUR

You can pay your guide the day of your tour by cash, money order, or travelers check made out to Real New York Tours. Personal checks are accepted if they are United States based. We also take credit cards over the phone or securely on our website (Click Here) AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your tour. We operate on the honor system and do not require deposits at this time for our private tours but we do require a credit card to hold your spot for the group Dozen Apple's Tour.

If you do need to cancel we ask that you try and give us a weeks notice if possible. We understand that emergencies do happen and this is not always possible. We do require at least a 48 hour notice of cancellation for a tour or you will be charged for your tour.
